Abstract Submission Guidelines

Please submit your abstract via email by taking the following steps:

  1. In your email, please give the following information:
    -first name and last name
    -presentation category (talk, poster or workshop); please indicate if you want to present in-person or online
    -title of the abstract
  2. Name the file of your abstract in the following manner: “[last name]-[first name]-Abstract”. Then, attach your abstract in an open format (not pdf) to your email.(Please compose your abstract in the language you would like to use for your presentation.)
  3. Add “Abstract Submission” as subject to your email and send it to our email address staps.conf21@gmail.com
