The conference take place in the School of Language and Literary Studies’ building, right across the street from Osnabrück Castle.

The venue is very close to the city center and can be easily reached on foot. Alternatively, you can take bus 16 from the train station to “Universität/OsnabrückHalle” or any bus to “Neumarkt”, the latter involving a 5 minutes’ walk to the venue. Car parks are also available near-by, e.g. the Ledenhof-Garage.
Getting to Osnabrück
By train
Osnabrück is well-connected to both the short-distance and the long-distance train network. Find a suitable train connection on the Deutsche Bahn website. The main station (Osnabrück Hbf) is only a 20 minutes’ walk (or a short bus ride) away from the conference venue and the city center.
By bus
Osnabrück is connected to the national and international long-distance coach networks. The bus stop is located at Eisenbahnstraße, 49074 Osnabrück, right next to the train station, from where it is only a 20 minutes’ walk or short bus ride to the conference venue and the city center.
By car
You can reach Osnabrück by car via the A1, the A30 and the A33.
By plane
The airports closest to Osnabrück are Münster/Osnabrück (FMO), Bremen (BRE), Hannover (HAJ), Hamburg (HAM), Düsseldorf (DUS), Köln/Bonn (CGN), Frankfurt (FRA) and Amsterdam Schiphol (AMS, Netherlands). The airports in Düsseldorf and Frankfurt have train stations with direct connections to Osnabrück main station. For the remaining cities, there are regular train connections to Osnabrück, but you will have to get a transfer to the cities’ main train station.
Attention: There is no direct bus transfer from Münster/Osnabrück (FMO) to Osnabrück; transfer via Münster Central Station.
